As the CEO of Winhoven Group, Herb Winhoven is responsible for running all facets of the business.
Herb has a proven executive technological track record and over 20 years of experience of strategy and execution of IT infrastructure for organizations. Working as an IT professional, Herb has a diverse background that has spanned several industries, including financial, government, medical and legal. Prior to creating Winhoven Group, Herb has held various positions such as IT Manager, Solutions Architect, Senior Systems Engineer and Network Administrator. His current specializations are in Microsoft private cloud technologies, including System Center, Hyper-V and Azure. By understanding gaps in their service and device management processes, Herb is able to give knowledgeable advice and develop expert solutions to exceed the organization’s needs. He holds a BS of Mathematics from University of Toledo. When he’s not overseeing technical projects, he’s an avid traveler and will take any chance he can get to play golf or go scuba diving.

As a Solutions Architect at Winhoven Group, Krystal Wilkerson has a hand in everything organizational. She focuses on Azure, EM+S, O365 and SCSM and solution-level decisions and analysis of that impact on the overall business goals. She has a proven track record of listening to her client’s needs and delivering exceptional service, saving one client $100,000+ annually. Prior to Winhoven Group, Krystal has held multiple positions in the marketing and technology field where she gained experience developing and implementing campaigns and analyzing the technology environment. She attended the University of Houston where she received a BS in Environmental Management. When she’s not giving clients more functionality in their business she enjoys philanthropy, traveling and photography. She is a member of the Junior League of Houston and extensively supports Texas Children’s Hospital and Dress for Success Houston.

Gary Winhoven is a Solutions Architect at Winhoven Group. He focuses on building and integrating information and computer systems to meet your specific needs mainly using SCSM, SCOM, AND SCCM. Gary holds a BS in Communication from Ohio University and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. When he’s not filling the halls with his piano playing, he’s spending time with his Husky Mika.

As the Marketing Coordinator at Winhoven Group, Catalina Radu assists the team by researching industry trends, creating promotional materials, managing and creating website social media content, and developing and implementing marketing campaigns. She attended the University of Texas, where she graduated with a BS in Public Relations and holds a Business Foundations Certificate on the Global Track. Catalina was born in Chisinau, Moldova and moved to Texas when she was four years old. She enjoys reading, calligraphy, hiking and traveling.
